With the end of development on DPY - and there being no active, stable successor, continuing on the same codebase, the discord module should move to Hikari another, actively developed Discord Python API wrapper.

Together with that, the messagehub should get rewritten, to allow using discord channels as hubs without boilderplating every channel in code.
